The Flippr Wiki aims to create the largest database of Flippr things, and have a database that is safe and easy for editing. Therefore, policies are enforced.

Policies are the backbone of the wiki. All users, regardless of status and/or position, are expected to follow the policies.

Changes to policies can be suggested at the Boardroom.

  • Behavior Policy - The policy governing the behavior expected on the wiki and its pages.
  • Bot Policy - The policy governing the expected use of bots on the wiki.
  • Chat Policy - The policy governing the behavior expected when in the wiki's chat room.
  • Imagery Policy - The policy governing how images should be managed and uploaded to the wiki.
  • Signature Policy - The policy governing the styling of users' signatures.
  • Sock Puppetry Policy - The policy governing how many accounts a user is allowed on the wiki.
  • User Rights Policy - The policy governing promotions, demotions, use of rights, and requests for them.
  • Voting Policy - The policy governing community discussions and other votes on the wiki.
